Each product is carefully prepared and dispatched with respect.
To maintain fairness for all devotees and customers, we follow a replacement-first policy.


🔱 Replacement Timeframe

We offer a 1-day replacement window, meaning any request must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Requests made after this period cannot be accepted, as delayed reporting makes verification difficult.


🌿 Important Guidelines (Please Read Carefully)

  • Returns are not accepted for:

    • Size-related concerns

    • Personal preferences

    • Change of mind after delivery

    (All product specifications and sizes are clearly mentioned on the product page.)

  • Replacements are considered only after verification

  • 🎥 Unboxing video is mandatory

    • The video must be clear, continuous, and unedited

    • It should show the package being opened from start to finish

This process protects both the customer and the sanctity of our offerings.


🚚 Cash on Delivery (COD) & Partial Prepaid Orders

To ensure genuine orders and smooth logistics, some COD orders require a ₹59 Partial Prepaid amount.

Please note:

  • This ₹59 amount is non-refundable

  • In case of RTO (Return to Origin):

    • The partially prepaid amount will be credited to your taatvik.in store wallet

    • It can be used for future purchases

  • No cash or bank refunds are issued for this amount

This helps us reduce misuse of COD while keeping the service available for sincere buyers.


✅ Eligible Cases for 1-Day Replacement

Replacements will be processed only in the following situations:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product received in damaged or defective condition

⚠️ Unboxing video is compulsory for verification.


❌ Cases Not Covered Under Replacement

Replacements will not be accepted if:

  • Product is damaged after delivery

  • Product has been used, washed, or altered

  • Original packaging, box, or inserts are missing

  • Product condition differs from what was delivered

To qualify, the product must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In original condition


🌸 6-Month Replacement (Color Fading Only)

Select products are covered under a 6-month one-time replacement policy for color fading.

Conditions:

  • Clear product photographs must be shared

  • Replacement is issued once per order

  • Customer pays ₹100 Shipping & Handling (prepaid only)

  • COD is not available for this fee

  • Original product may be returned at customer’s cost or retained

  • ❌ Damaged or broken products are not covered

This policy reflects our commitment to long-term satisfaction.


🧘 Inspection & Final Decision

  • Our team reviews all shared photos and videos with care

  • The decision to approve or reject a replacement lies with taatvik.in

  • The decision is final and binding

We request understanding, as this ensures fairness for all.


💳 Refunds & Store Wallet Credits

  • Approved cases are issued as:

    • Store wallet credit / discount code

  • ❌ Refunds are not issued to UPI, bank accounts, or cards

Rare Exceptions

Refunds to bank/UPI may be considered only if:

  • Delivery is delayed for several weeks, or

  • Repeated incorrect/damaged deliveries occur


📦 Delivery Issues & Failed Attempts

  • If a prepaid order cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability:

    • Amount will be credited to the store wallet

    • Shipping charges will be deducted

  • taatvik.in is not responsible for any excess COD amount paid without verifying the invoice


🔁 How to Request a Replacement

  1. Keep your Order Number ready

  2. Share:

    • Unboxing video

    • Product photos

    • Brief description of the issue

  3. If approved:

    • Return pickup will be arranged (subject to courier availability)

  4. After inspection:

    • Replacement or store credit will be issued

If return pickup is unavailable at your pincode, the product must be couriered back to us by the customer.


⚠️ Damages & Immediate Reporting

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery.
Contact us immediately if:

  • The item is damaged

  • The wrong product is received

Delayed reporting may result in rejection.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Certain premium or sacred products (as mentioned on product pages)
